If you are involved in an accident your Automobile Insurance (or that of the at-fault party) may cover your towing and storage fees.  Many Insurance policies also offer a roadside assistance coverage that you can choose when you purchase your policy.  Call your insurance company to see if you are covered BEFORE you call for a tow.  Many insurance companies and roadside assistance contracts have contracted Tow companies.  You can end up paying for any overages if you go around their system and use someone outside of their recommended providers.

In some insurance policy will have it automatically or if you have full coverage policy with them it will come with roadside service. A lot of time people don’t pay attention when they renew or get a new policy  You should ask your insurance company if they offer roadside service.

Some insurance cover roadside/towing service but it will be claime on your insurance so if you were not involved in the accident I would not recommend you call your insurance better just to pay out pocket. But if you decide to go that route it is fine we will provide you with a receipt for reimbursement.

Yes. In most cases, you can call us direct instead of your insurance company. We do the service, write you an invoice, you pay us, you turn the invoice into your insurance company and they quickly reimburse you.

Some auto insurance policies offer roadside assistance as an optional add-on coverage, while others include it as a standard feature. However, coverage and the extent of service provided can vary depending on the insurance company and the specific policy.

Depending on what coverages you have, yes. Most insurance companies offer roadside programs and most will reimburse you if you have service and just call a company on your own. Make sure to ask for an invoice to submit for reimbursement.
