On the towing side of the business, with people not moving around the tows has went down about 95%. We have kept staff on board so that they can and feed thier families. but income has totally went to almost little or nothing, still awaiting help from the goverment.
During this unprecedented time we have seen a large reduction of vehicles on the road which in hand directly effects the amount of customers we service. We are still open 24/7, 365 days a year providing uninterrupted Towing & Emergency Roadside Assiatance.
Well Superior Wrecker is open for work but without any cars on the road its very slow. We are only getting the most 8 calls a day. I was able to get $1000 loan from the SBA but it takes a lot more than that to float this boat. Sitting and waiting all day for the phone to ring.

I had just bought a 16-ton wrecker in the middle of all this. DMV is closed can't transfer the title, can't get plates for it. All I can do is pay the insurance and make the bank payments. Before this I would do 10 to 15 credit cards a week. Did when the other day was the first one in 28 days.
