To process any claim, reimbursement providers require an itemized receipt or paid invoice. ARS Towing can provide this upon payment or send a digital copy via email/text. Ensure the receipt includes:

• Date and time of service

• Vehicle details (Year, Make, Model, and VIN)

• Pickup and drop-off locations (and mileage, if applicable)

• Itemized charges (hookup fee, mileage, winching, etc.)

• Proof of payment showing a $0 remaining balance

  After that, once you obtain that receipt, you can contact your insurance company for the reimbursement.
