tow truck driver
- *MUST HAVE TOWING EXPERIENCE PLEASE*
- Must be 25+ Years of age
- Clean background and driving record
- Professional communication between customers, co-workers, and management
- Arrive to work on time daily, ready for duty when shift starts
- At least one year of towing experience
- Attention to detail when documenting work
- Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident in a timely manner
- Interacting with the customer to find the nature of the problem. Smile and greet the customer. Remember they are having a bad day
- Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires, fuel delivery, lock-outs
- Connecting the damaged vehicle to the truck with a chain, winch, or steering block
- Towing vehicles to an authorized service station or junkyard
- Maintain truck and equipment in a safe, clean state, operating it in a safe and professional manner
- Inspect trucks for safety, gas, oil, water, and equipment needed before starting shift
- Be well groomed wearing clean uniform and work boots. Look clean and professional
