We are looking for a reliable, punctual driver to join our roadside team. This role requires professionalism, consistency, and the ability to work independently.
Pay: $18/hr
Bonuses:
$100 for every vehicle brought to the yard
$50 for every battery sold
Hours: We do not guarantee hours, but drivers typically work 30–70 hours per week depending on call volume
Training: Training is unpaid
Raises: Win our weekly performance contest 4 weeks in a row and you earn a raise
Complete tows and roadside services safely and efficiently
Follow dispatch instructions and update ETAs on time
Maintain a clean truck and report issues immediately
Take clear photos and complete job notes accurately
Provide respectful, professional customer service
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Punctuality is our top priority
Must be dependable and consistent
