What information do I need to have a tow truck dispatched?: We will need the pick up and drop off location, the vehicle make and model, where the keys will be located and what is the vehicle issue.
Do you accept my insurance?: We will provide you with a detailed receipt to send to your insurance for reimbursement. We do not accept insurance directly.
Does your company perform vehicle winch-outs and recoveries?: Yes, our skilled service professionals can perform both vehicle winch-outs and vehicle recoveries.
What forms of payment do you accept?: We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards for towing and service calls. We do not accept checks. We accept cash only for impound payouts.
Can you bill me?: Towing and service fees are due at the time of service. If your vehicle is towed to a repair shop that we have an account with, you may be able to add the price of your tow to your service bill and pay for the tow with your service bill.
Can you tow a vehicle without keys?: Yes, we can tow a vehicle with out keys. The owner of the vehicle must be present at the pick up location when a vehicle will be towed without keys. If the vehicle is going to a shop, the keys must be brought to the shop by you, so the shop can repair your vehicle.
Do you offer flatbed towing?: Yes. We always have flatbed tow trucks available.
Do you tow classic and luxury cars?: Yes, our service professionals are trained in the safe and damage free loading, securing and towing of classic and luxury vehicles.
Do you change tires?: Yes, we will send a service professional to change your tire if you have a spare tire and it is freed from the vehicle.
Do you jump start vehicles?: Yes, we jumpstart vehicles that have a dead or low battery
Do you offer fuel delivery?: Yes, we offer fuel delivery.
Do you allow passengers?: Yes, up to 2 passengers depending on the tow trucks available seating.
Do you offer 24 hour service?: Yes, we offer towing and service around the clock, 7 day a week.

Do you tow abandoned and illegally parked vehicles off of private property?: Yes, if you are the owner or the manager of the property we can remove abandoned and illegally parked vehicles from your property.
Do you repair tires on the side of the road?: No, we do not do roadside repairs. We can tow your vehicle to the nearest tire shop or parking lot and change your tire if you have a spare.
Do you tow heavy duty vehicles?: Yes. We have the equipment available for heavy duty towing. Our service professionals are trained in the safe loading, securing and towing of heavy duty vehicles.
Do you unlock vehicles?: Yes, we will send a service professional to unlock just about any type of vehicle, including vehicles with electric locks.
