Frequently asked questions

What processes has your company put in place to protect customers and employees from COVID-19?

Thankfully our impound tows are way down, the customer service portion of office has been reduced to 1 customer at a time with disinfectant being sprayed after each customer leaves and a counter wipe down. The office has only one employee at a time to take care of 1 customer at a time.

Employees are not allowed in vehicles nor allowed to help with personals.

We are currently not allowing customers in cab of trucks.

What form of payment do you accept?
Credit card present is preferred, cash, insurance company checks.
How can I get my car out of impound?
It depends on why it was towed and who ordered the tow. All vehicle releases require proof of ownership and insurance & payment of all charges. Some agencies require vehicle owner to get a release from their agency before coming to us.
How has COVID-19 affected your business?

COVID 19 with stay at home orders has reduced our call count by 60% but worse than that our daily cash flow has been reduced 85%.

Drivers and dispatchers have been furloughed along with reduced hours for the rest of hourly staff.

Salaried employees have been asked to do more and took a pay cut.

The stimulus programs are a joke for small business all promises no results.

What are your hours?
We are open 24 hrs a day for emergency towing. Vehicle releases are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm . After hours, weekends, and holidays at an additional charge.
