Do you offer roadside assistance?
Yes. Tidewater Express Inc has road repair technicians within the wrecker division and can be reached through our dispatch center at 757-723-1214 option 1.
Is my vehicle at serious risk of damage while being towed?
No. It is not with Tidewater Express Inc. Our experienced wrecker drivers are highly trained on our state-of-the-art towing equipment. We will ensure that the correct type of truck is dispatched to the job. If the vehicle is being towed after an accident, it is important that the damage is accounted for so that it is clear that the damage did not occur as a result of towing.
How do I reclaim my vehicle once it has been towed?
When we tow a vehicle off business hours, it will be stored in one of our impound lots in either Hampton or Chesapeake, VA. To receive your vehicle back you will need to pay the tow and impound lot fees, as well as have your drivers license and proof of ownership of the vehicle.
My vehicle is lowered, can it still be towed?
Yes, lowered vehicles can be towed along with any other type of specialty vehicle. Tidewater Express Inc has the proper equipment for any type of towing scenario.
What forms of payment do you accept?

What are your hours?
Tidewater Express Inc Wrecker Division with includes all towing and recovery services, as well as mobile road repair services are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
